How your answers are used

MenoBrief is an appointment preparation tool. This page explains exactly what happens to what you enter.

What we store

Your questionnaire answers: country, age if given, cycle, how long symptoms have lasted, your symptom ratings, what you've tried, health history you chose to mention, your visit goal and any text you typed.
If you buy a pack: the pack text made from those answers, the optional name and appointment date you entered, and a payment reference from our payment provider.
Basic visit statistics, such as which page step was reached and which ad link you came from, linked to a random ID stored in your browser. Not linked to your name.

We don't ask for an email or an account to see your result.
We don't sell or share your answers.
We don't send your answers or your score to advertising platforms, and there are no advertising pixels on the questionnaire or result pages.

Your answers are stored on our server.
To write your pack, your answers (without your name) are sent to an AI text service through OpenRouter.
Payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see your card details.

Answers and packs are deleted automatically 30 days after you complete the questionnaire. Save your pack as a PDF to keep it.

Write to us with the link to your pack or the date you completed the check-in and we'll delete it.

MenoBrief doesn't diagnose or treat any condition and doesn't recommend medicines. Decisions about your care are made with your doctor.
