You're not imagining it

Symptoms that come and go are hard to describe in a short appointment, especially when you're exhausted. Too many women leave with "it's probably stress" and nothing else.

“I carefully described my brain fog to my doctor and she told me to try getting more sleep - I nearly lost it in that office”
“I had to fight for it when I had no energy to spare.”
“I'm so over being dismissed”

What you hand to your doctor

One printed page, written in the first person, ordered the way a clinician reads: your goal, a short summary, your ratings, what you've tried and what to take into account.

  1. Your goal comes first, so the conversation starts where you need it.
  2. A recognised scale. Your self-reported Menopause Rating Scale score, used in clinical research.
  3. Your own words about how this affects work, sleep and family.
  4. History to consider, so nothing important is forgotten.

Fair questions

Can't I just ask ChatGPT?

You can ask it to explain menopause. MenoBrief does something narrower: it turns your answers into a printed page a clinician can scan in 30 seconds, using a recognised scale, with questions matched to your symptoms and history.

Will my doctor mind a printout?

Clinicians are used to patients bringing notes and symptom diaries. The summary is short, factual and polite, and it asks rather than demands.

Why pay if the score is free?

The score tells you where you stand. The pack is what you take into the room: the written summary, your questions and the phrases for hard moments.

Is this medical advice?

No. It doesn't diagnose and never recommends medicines or doses. Decisions about your care are made with your doctor.

  • No sign-up. No email needed to see your score.
  • Deleted after 30 days. Your answers and pack are removed automatically.
  • No ad trackers on the check-in or result pages.
  • Self-reported. Your score summarises your own ratings.
