Plain terms for a simple product. By using MenoBrief or buying a visit pack you agree to them.

What MenoBrief is

MenoBrief is an appointment preparation tool. The free check-in shows a summary of your own symptom ratings on the Menopause Rating Scale. The paid visit pack turns your answers into a printable two-page document: a summary to give your doctor, questions to ask and suggested phrases for the conversation.

What it is not

MenoBrief is not a medical service, does not diagnose any condition and does not recommend medicines, doses or treatments. Your score describes your own answers; it is not a test result. Always make decisions about your care with a qualified clinician. If you are worried about a symptom, contact your doctor; in an emergency, call your local emergency number.

Price and payment

The visit pack is a one-time purchase at the price shown before payment. There is no subscription and no account. Payments are processed by our payment provider, lava.top; we never see your card details.

Delivery

Your pack is created as soon as the payment is confirmed and opens on the MenoBrief page you came from. You can print it or save it as a PDF. If you close the page, you can find your pack again on the find your pack page with the email you used to pay, for 30 days.

Refunds

If the pack doesn't help you prepare, write to us within 7 days of buying and we'll refund you in full, no questions asked. Refunds go back to the card you paid with; your bank may take a few days to show them.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page applies to purchases made while it is shown.
